Ronald is Board Advisor with RIVIONT. He focuses on providing direction and support to global and regional organizations whilst executing their (HR & leadership) change agenda.
As a Dutch national with Australian roots, he has over 20 years of experience in senior hands-on HR positions within the Feed industry as well as the Food industry. Next to the typical HR topics, such as Talent Management & International Job Rotation programs, Reward projects, Expat Management and HRIS implementation projects, other experiences entail culture change, due diligence, M&A, integration of newco’s, and organization redesign.
During his tenure with SHV he has designed, developed and rolled out various fit for purpose leadership programs for specific target audiences: CEO’s, Management Boards, Senior Leaders and Future Leaders. Programs are co-designed with and run by IMD, TIAS, Ashridge and Nova.
Ronald obtained a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management and a post Bachelor Degree Business Management. He also has certificates from INSEAD, IMD and HES in the fields of General Management and Leadership. He is very curious in which direction HR and leadership will move in the coming years due to the expected post-Covid-19 shift (new ways of working), but also due to the continuous increasing public pressure on sustainability and CSR.
In his spare time, he enjoys family life, traveling, DIY, gardening and going on long walks together with his wife and two dogs.
