At this Fortune 500 Consumer company with HQ in Germany the strategic decision was made by the global board to go from central led (HQ) to decentral, regional leadership and decision-making. The newly appointed Regional Board (CEO, COO, CFO, CMO) got the opportunity to lead the region independently with full responsibility and accountability in a complex and culturally diverse region. We worked with the Regional Board and Regional Leadership team (40 people) on aligning the company values to current organizational culture. We identified the gap and created the program. We supported them creating the organizational structure, reporting lines and collaboration and communication within the regional leadership team and between the country leadership teams and the regional leadership team. We were also asked for Board Mediation, to support the newly appointed Executive Board becoming an effective Board.
