Individual and Team Effectiveness of Functional Regional HR Leadership Team  |

The Regional HR leader of an American global leading Fortune 500 Life Sciences company asked us to develop a program to work with 24 Country HR, HR Business Partners and Regional HR leaders. The objective was to help them to become more effective business partners for their internal clients. Transform their styles from order taker to challenger, to business partner for the local and regional management. We designed and delivered the program which included assessments of their own management and communication styles, the organizational culture, their career motivators as the Big 5 personality and a 1 day workshop with the group. In this workshop we worked with the team on a few cases how to handle objections and internal client questions, how to help them fulfil their needs to drive their business forward, being very clear and transparent about your services and the SMART outcome they can expect from you. We provided them with a framework, a common language and focus areas as a team, as individuals to become more effective HR business partners for their internal clients.
