Executive Development and Leadership Team Performance with Country Management Team |
The Country Managing Director of a Chinese chemical manufacturing family business was newly appointed in the role. His management team consisted out of Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, R&D. In a 6 months program we were asked to assess and develop the individual team members, transform and change the team thinking and acting from single contributors, each focusing on their own function, not communicating with each other towards a culture of collaboration, one team thinking acting, supporting each other beyond their own function, increasing team effectiveness and therefore results. We worked with the team on the job, individually in their own business context and as group, seeing real live how the management team members acted and interacted with each other. We supported them working towards one accepted team culture and company values aligned to the business strategy and strategic goals. We individually coached and guided them with on their behavior, interpersonal and communication skills and as a team. We helped the Managing Director with making informed people and business decisions towards a high performing and aligned team.
