A global leading Swiss insurance company selected us and our assessment methods above one of the global leading firms to lead and deliver an Executive Assessment and Development program for one of their high potential future leaders. This high-potential leader wanted to make an informed decision about the next step in his career; a broader geographical country leadership role versus a regional more specialized LOB position. The leader took our Leadership Talent Analysis tests and simultaneously asked 8 people within the company to do a 360-degree assessment. The individual results and the results of the colleagues were discussed with the high-potential leader. These results raised his self-awareness about his own styles, his career-values and motivation, his personality and competencies and gave him valuable insights about how he is perceived by different people with different roles and responsibilities in different geographical areas. All this information together with our career coaching interviews prepared the high-potential leader for having in-depth career conversations with the global board regarding his next career step.

Richard earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam (1995). He is a Certified trainer/coach of psychometric, behavioral and culture assessment tools and certified NLP practitioner.
