Aligning Culture, Leadership and Strategy with Regional Management Team |
The Regional Managing Director of a German global operating chemical company wanted to boost the performance of his regional leadership team, 26 people in the region. Each team and each LOB was working on their own and he asked us to create a program to increase collaboration across countries and cultures. We designed the program and helped them to create a desired common work culture for their own LOB, country and/or functional teams. We gave them a framework, common language and focus areas to become more effective as a collective leadership team. In this was they started to share experiences and best practices beyond their own geographical region or LOB. It was great to see how open and collaborative this team worked together in the new way aligning local leadership with organizational culture and their business goals.
