RIVIONT is een internationaal leiderschap adviesbureau, opgericht door Richard A. Vincent in 2017.

We helpen onze klanten bij het realiseren van duurzame groei, verandering en transformatie door de verbinding tussen business-people-cultuur te verbeteren, te beginnen met het topmanagement team.

De organisatie heeft internationaal bedrijven geacquireerd. Het bestaande management heeft niet de ervaring met het acquireren van bedrijven in andere culturen.

Hoe te organiseren, te leiden en te communiceren nadat de deal is gesloten? We werken samen met de mensen die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de post-integratie en helpen hen om het overgenomen bedrijf succesvol te integreren.

De prestaties van het bedrijf zijn beneden verwachting.

We helpen hen de redenen te achterhalen en adviseren over de te nemen weg naar herstructurering en herstel, en begeleiden en coachen het management en de organisatie.

De high-performing leider is de afgelopen jaren zeer succesvol geweest, maar de laatste tijd dalen de resultaten aanzienlijk.

We werken samen met de leider en ontdekken hoe we de leider weer op het goede spoor kunnen helpen.

Het bedrijf wil organisch groeien en nieuwe markten aanboren. Er zijn veel voorbeelden van grote bedrijven die niet zijn geslaagd in een ander land, bijvoorbeeld Duitsland, China, Indonesië, vanwege culturele myopia.

Het bedrijf heeft getalenteerde individuele spelers in het managementteam, maar ze werken nog niet als een effectief en goed presterend team.

De executive leidt meerdere divisies en geografische regio’s.

We werken samen met de executive aan effectief leiderschap en helpen de executive het leiderschap van de managementteams te verbeteren door betere afstemming op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.

Het bedrijf heeft sterke groeiambities om te schalen van EUR50 mln naar EUR250 mln of van EUR100 mln naar EUR500 mln.

Wat is de impact voor het leiderschap, de mensen, de organisatiecultuur en voor de organisatie? Wij helpen het management met de road-map en begeleiden en coachen hen.

Het bedrijf wil het bedrijfsmodel of de strategie veranderen.

We helpen het management het bedrijf te transformeren, top-down en bottom-up.

De goed presterende manager is zeer succesvol geweest als individu en is gepromoveerd om een team of meerdere teams (op afstand) te leiden. Het leiden van een team of teams vereist echter andere competenties.

We werken samen met de manager de juiste vaardigheden en competenties te ontwikkelen voor het behalen van succes.

De (functionele / geografische) manager is zeer succesvol geweest in één land en wordt gepromoveerd naar een regionale rol, waarbij hij leiding krijgt over meerdere landen en culturen. Dit vereist andere competenties om als business leider te slagen.

We werken samen met de business leider en de lokale leiderschapsteams en helpen hen om te slagen.

Het bedrijf gaat van een gecentraliseerde naar een gedecentraliseerde regionale organisatiestructuur en besluitvorming.

Wat betekent dit voor het regionale leiderschapsteam dat het bedrijf en de teams leidt in verschillende landen en culturen?

Het bedrijf groeit snel en moet verder professionaliseren (zoals bijvoorbeeld de organisatiestructuur, processen, cultuur, besluitvorming). De oprichter moet zich een andere rol aanmeten.

We helpen de oprichter om leiding te geven aan het bedrijf en het bedrijf naar een hoger niveau te tillen. We helpen bij het plannen van de opvolging en bereiden het management en het bedrijf voor op verdere groei.
