Jacobien Vincent-Hellemans is Co-Founder, Partner & Member of the Advisory Board RIVIONT. Since 2017, she has co-created, designed and set the strategic direction. With her creative personality and ‘out of the box thinking and acting’, she is one of the driving forces behind the firm. She is actively involved and focused on building RIVIONT in the areas of strategy, marketing, communication, technology, design and product- and services innovation.
Jacobien is also the CMO at wallet79, a new 3D Talent Matching® tool enabling organizations to use all available talents. People have more talents than just competences. Talents in using financial capital, using human capital – the knowledge, skills, personality and behavior, and using social capital – the network.
Prior to RIVIONT, Jacobien was COO at CORE2US, an international Business & Leadership Advisory firm, servicing its European, Asian, Australian and American clients across the Asia Pacific/Japan region from the headquarters in Singapore. She was instrumental transitioning the business from a regional mid-market recruitment company into a retained executive search and leadership advisory firm by leading the supporting business activities, developing new business models and technology innovation.
Earlier in her career Jacobien served for 6 years at ABN AMRO. She worked on new business models for the expansion markets, including a new direct product offering for Belgium and she was involved in the design of a service offering for preferred banking in India and the interior design of the international branch network.
Prior to New Growth Markets, Jacobien was Marketing, Planning & Control Management Consultant to Country & Regional Directors and their Leadership Teams, first in the Netherlands and later in Uruguay. One of her assignments was to implement the bank’s global strategy by aligning the local organizations (wholesale, commercial, private and consumer banking) to their local market potential. Another project she successfully completed was a bank-wide culture-change project in The Netherlands – all lines of business were involved with a key focus on commercial and consumer banking. She advised the Regional Board strategically on the (change in) functional design and infrastructure of the branch office network. She designed and prepared the management information to the Regional Board & Leadership Teams and was responsible for internal communications to foster the sales culture in her region.
She started her career as Management Trainee at ABN AMRO in 1996.
Jacobien holds an Information Resource Management degree with specialization in Management, Communication and Information Technology at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in Maastricht, The Netherlands (1995).
She started her studies at the Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts (1988-1989).
She is married to Richard and together they have 2 lovely children. Jacobien worked and lived in The Netherlands, Uruguay, Germany and Singapore.
