Richard is responsible for building RIVIONT. With RIVIONT he wants to create a different kind of advisory firm. A firm with a diversified group of Partners all united by facilitating change for organizations in today’s technology driven world of AI, Machine Learning, Digital Data and Smart Devices that sense, think, connect and act.

Richard believes that organizational innovation and transformation is a top-down, bottom-up process. However it starts at the top, with the right strategy, the right leadership with the right mindset of permanent innovation, learning, unlearning and relearning, embracing technology, creating the climate for success and innovation, maximizing the potential of people and organizations. As the drivers behind change are Technology and People.

Richard’s area of expertise is aligning strategy and talent in times of change and transformation. He assists clients in the transition to reach their goals with context-driven talent analysis, cost-savings, business – & culture transformations, M&A integrations, leadership development and executive search. He draws upon deep behavioral and organizational expertise to help organizations improve alignment and effectiveness.

RIVIONT Richard A. Vincent

Before founding RIVIONT, Richard worked in Singapore as CEO & President of a boutique, Asia-Pacific/ Japan leadership advisory firm. He was a trusted advisor to executive boards and leadership teams of American, European, Australian and Asian Fortune 500 and private companies. Richard helped them reaching their goals by building and transforming their organization, developing their geographical and functional leadership teams and improving the alignment between strategy, leadership and culture in the complex, culturally diverse, Asia-Pacific region. He designed and delivered intervention programs such as culture transformation, leadership team assessment/ development and effectiveness programs and worked with diverse groups of leadership teams at global, regional Asia-Pacific and country level from China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, India up to Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand.

Up to 2014 and for almost two decades, Richard served with global leading American and English publicly listed (NYSE, S&P500, LSE) firms in Specialized Recruitment, Executive Search and Leadership Consulting such as Korn Ferry (Europe & Asia), PageGroup (Germany) and Robert Half (Europe & Asia). He has built Professional Services businesses in The Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany and Singapore and is a holder of Pan-European, Middle East & Asia-Pacific senior Leadership positions across 27 countries, 70 offices.

Richard earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam (1995). He is a Certified trainer/coach of psychometric, behavioral and culture assessment tools and certified NLP practitioner. Between 2007-2016, Richard worked and lived with his family outside The Netherlands in Switzerland, Germany and Singapore.
