Richard A. Vincent is Founder & Managing Partner RIVIONT. He brings 25 years of international business leadership, executive search, leadership consulting and talent management experience. He is a trusted advisor to Executive Boards of Fortune 500 and private companies. Prior RIVIONT Richard was the CEO & President of a boutique APAC /Japan Executive Search & Leadership Advisory firm out of Singapore serving American, European, Asian and Australian Boards in the complex and culturally diverse Asia-Pacific region. With Korn Ferry, PageGroup and Robert Half he served for almost two decades in various senior leadership positions across 27 countries, 70 offices at Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Pan-European, Country – & Branch management level, member of global, regional and country leadership teams.

Change Management, turn-around, restructuring, launching new initiatives in existing businesses, opening new markets, boosting business performance through people, creating the climate for success is visible throughout his career.

Between 2007-2016, Richard was based outside The Netherlands in Switzerland, Germany and Singapore.

Richard earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam (1995). He is a Certified trainer/coach of psychometric, behavioral and culture assessment tools and certified NLP practitioner.
