Rob Noten is Managing Partner RIVIONT and responsible for co-leading and building the firm internationally.
Rob believes that innovation is change that unlocks new value. Especially in today’s technology driven world, successful organisations are those that rely on a process of permanent renewal rather than permanent advantage. With RIVIONT he helps them to organize innovation, to accelerate the innovation transformation process and to integrate the culture of innovation into their processes.
He supports management with the transformation based on financial and people analysis, helping the world creating better-led organisations that maximize the potential of people and organizations.
Rob is Member Advisory Board wallet79, a new 3D Talent Matching® tool enabling organizations to use all available talents. People have more talents than just competences. Talents in using financial capital, using human capital – the knowledge, skills, personality and behavior, and using social capital – the network.
Prior to joining RIVIONT in November 2019, Rob was an Audit & Advisory Partner at KPMG. Simultaneously he held a leadership role in the Trusted Advisor Group of KPMG. Rob spent in total 20 years at KPMG, climbing through the ranks becoming an Equity Partner in 2008.
Next to his strong financial management background and experience, as an advisor and an auditor, Rob developed a unique business thinking in various sectors. He gained in-depth knowledge and expertise in business concepts and supporting operating processes.
Rob has been an Advisor and Auditor of multinational and private companies in various sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Food, Wholesale, IT and Logistics and supported clients across Europe (in particular UK, Germany) and the US. He has carried out projects from Munich, Lausanne, Chennai, Bangkok to Moscow.
Rob received a Certified Public Auditor (Register Accountant) degree from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics in Eindhoven. He followed an 18 months Leadership Development Programme at TiasNimbas, Business school of University of Tilburg and Technical University Eindhoven.
Rob speaks English and Dutch fluently and lives with his wife and two children in the Eindhoven area in The Netherlands.
