  • We guarantee the confidentiality of information received from clients and candidates
  • We consider honesty, objectivity and accuracy to be fundamental to our relationships with both clients and candidates and we will not present misleading information to any party
  • We undertake not to seek candidates within a client organization for a period of two years after completion of the last assignment (the ‘off-limits period’)
  • We will not make new offers to qualified candidates, even after the ‘off-limits’ period has expired
  • We act as an independent advisor and are focused on providing independent and objective advice, we will never try to ‘sell’ a candidate to a client
  • We do not present the same candidate to two different clients at the same time
  • We never accept payment from a candidate for obtaining a position
  • We don’t pay to get a search

BRAND PHILOSOPHY  |

The name RIVIONT originated from the initials of our founder Richard A. Vincent. ‘RIVIONT’ had no meaning at that time, but ‘RIVI’ means ‘stream’ or ‘river’. As Richard strongly believes that personality and behaviour make the difference in organisations, we have given RIVIONT the meaning of ‘river of being’.
